This well-regulated concealed-carry permit holder out of Michigan was so responsible, he got arrested for pulling his gun out during a traffic dispute:
Police say investigation revealed that the two men were traveling southbound on US-131 when they attempted to turn right onto Anderson Road and were cut off by another vehicle, also attempting to turn onto Anderson Road from the wrong lane.
A verbal confrontation ensued between the occupants of both vehicles, which was when a gun was pulled and pointed at the two men.
The suspect vehicle was found a short time later in the Walgreens Parking Lot at US-131 and Charlevoix Avenue by officers from the Petoskey Department of Public Safety.
The alleged suspect who pointed the gun, 70-year-old Dennis Ray Hect of Genesee County, was arrested at that time and charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault) and two counts of weapons – felony firearms.
Police say when Hect was arrested he had in his possession a .32 caliber pistol and a Michigan Concealed Pistol License.
Slow clap, nutbag! Make an illegal right turn and then pull a gun on the folks you nearly hit.
Guns in cars, what could possibly go wrong? The safest most responsible citizen EVAH needs to have his driver’s license revoked, too.
