4 Times In 29 Minutes He Didn’t Mean It

He didn’t mean it, according to Sean Spicer.

Even though he said it again, and again, and again. He still didn’t mean it.

He didn’t mean it in a box. He didn’t mean it with some socks. He didn’t mean it when on Fox. He didn’t mean it, though he Tweeted it.

Not just once but FOUR times:

He didn’t mean this one, either:

And five minutes later, he didn’t mean this one:

… and he still wasn’t over not meaning it, 10 minutes later:

Donald Trump is a liar, an idiot, mentally ill, or all three. How is anyone supposed to trust him on anything when we’ve been repeatedly lied to and then told the problem was OUR fault for listening to him?

This is one sick motherfucker.

What’s even more depressing is the millions of motherfuckers who voted for him.

  3. Thomas

He is the orange mole that you see but beneath that mole is a huge and deadly cancer.

Every place I go on the internet (well, the sane places, anyway) people are telling me that I have to learn how to “listen” to the concerns of those that voted for Trump or just sat it out. They don’t want me to talk to the SteinBerJohbro’s ‘cuz, hey, they were right and it’s us olds that were wrong.

    Well, fuck that.

We have people who are probably nuts and filled with hatred, we have people who are probably legally sane but evil. We have people who are convinced that if we THINK progressively enough and let the people who have never wanted to be associated with the dems, because they’re just Repukelite, take over the machinery of the DNC–or, better yet, just give them the passwords and account numbers for the funding operations that they’ll turn this country around before you can say, well, something short and pithy.

Thing is, I’m not SEEING anything, I’m just HEARING about how it will all be better.

There needs to an absolutely relentless backlash from the folks whoi aren’t fucking crazy or evil to let these assholes know that there is an opposition. Then it IS an opposition.

“I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I’m not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.”

We attributed this quote to Nixon in the 70s. Now I see it (certainly incorrectly) attributed to Alan Greenspan. Whoever coined it, it belongs to Trump and his flying monkeys now.

    • democommie

It goes back a good bit further than either Greenspan or Nixon, IIRC. It’s attributed to Robert McCloskey*, former State Dept. spokesman and author of, “Make Way for Ducklings”.

Trumpligula’s Liehole is almost invariably “read” by his staff/flunkies/apologists as meaning something other than what was said in plain english. We are told that we don’t know what he meant. That’s a problem, to be sure. A far more worrisome problem is that they AND the C-in-C** have no idea what he meant, either.

It’s not the blind leading the blind. It’s the mendaciously deceitful leading the moronically delusional or vice versa.

You know, when they used to come behind Ronald Reagan every time he made some kind of statement to clarify what he meant to say, we all kind of knew it was because the old guy was losing it in his old age rather then being just flat out dishonest.

In Trump’s case, they have to rationalize the lies, the crazy, the passing on of looney-tune conspiracy theories, the incompetence, the delusions, the actually dangerous nonsense.

I just wonder how anyone with a scintilla of personal pride, decency or conscience could work for a clown like this.

It’s the Benjamins, Perry Aubric, it’s the Benjamins.

I like that Seth Meyers, Jimmy Kimmel and other “talk show” folks are going after these assholes on late night. It would be nice, of course, if we didn’t have to rely on “News disguised as comedy” and were able to get the straight skinny from what is now Misinfotainment or Newsvertising.

I just want to add that I’m sitting in my kitchen and outside, it’s beginning to look too much like Christmas.

This snowstorm we are having, which may dump as much as a 2-3 feet depending on where you live in the Northeastern part of the U.S. is PROOF that there is no global warming–for the morons that are in charge of EPA, DoE and NOAA at the moment.

    • Perry Aubric

Because the nitwits don’t know the difference between weather and climate.

Yes, a little snow is a guarantee that some doofus will call into a hate-talk radio program with a “Heh, heh, I guess somebody didn’t get Al Gore’s memo about global warming,” as if that makes the moron a true wit.

I’m watching the weather report on Syracuse tv right now. It appears that NYC is going to get ONLY 8-16″. I wonder how long it will take Trumpligula to sue GOD for making everybody cancel their reservations for the $ 888. tasting menu at his flophouse’s restaurant.

      • Oh hell, he’ll take the credit for it!
